These terms cover the Xruli website and related software tools at xruli.com — an AI-assisted workspace that helps teams coordinate inventory views, order status, and related operational workflows.
2. Trial period
Access may include a short trial period upon request. Continued use after the trial may require an active subscription arrangement.
3. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for account credentials, the accuracy of information you upload, and how your team uses the workspace. Please use the service lawfully.
4. Nature of the product
Xruli provides organization and workflow support, including optional AI suggestions. Outputs are informational. Xruli does not replace your team’s operational judgment or advice from qualified professionals when your situation requires it. You remain responsible for decisions you make.
5. Intellectual property
Xruli software and branding belong to the operator of xruli.com. Materials you upload remain yours.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
